You might be :

  • Thinking that life has no meaning.

  • Finding yourself struggling with some of the big challenges most of us have to face in our lives: death, divorce, adolescence, marriage, menopause, ageing, retirement.

  • Knowing that some things – thoughts, events, memories, people - from your past are holding you back; in fact, these seem to have a hold over your present life. You want to set yourself free from the tentacles of the past.
